How do I find my size?

To help you find your perfect fit, we provide a detailed size guide on each product page. For free-size items, we always include the measurements and indicate the sizes they are best suited for. We recommend checking these details carefully before placing your order. What if the item I ordered doesn’t fit?

If your order doesn’t fit as expected, we accept returns only for sizing issues, except for free-size items. Free-size items are not eligible for returns, as their measurements are clearly stated on the product page to help you make an informed decision.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We strive to process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders within India are delivered within 5-7 business days.

What are the shipping charges?

A flat shipping charge of INR 150 is applicable pan India. Free shipping on order value above INR 2000. Orders placed with cash on delivery payment method will have an additional charge of INR 150.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do! International shipping is flat INR 2500 anywhere in the world. Delivery timeline is approximately 3-4 weeks. Any custom charges have to be borne by the customer. Unfortunately international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns only if you receive the wrong order or if there is a size issue with standard-sized items. Free-size items are not eligible for returns. To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return within 3 days of receiving your order. Our team will get back to you with the return procedure. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with tags intact and in its original packaging.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are generally offered in the form of store credit equivalent to the amount paid of order. Credit notes have a validity of 6 months and are redeemable only on website purchases.

However, if a return is accepted and we don't have the same item in stock, we will process a refund to the original payment method. For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request for your bank account details to complete the refund.

How long does it take to process a return?

After we receive and inspect the returned item, the store credit or refund will be issued within 7 business days. We’ll notify you via email once the process is complete.
