Shipping policy

At pneer, we strive to ensure your order reaches you promptly and securely.

For Domestic Orders (within India):
Orders are shipped via registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post. Delivery is generally completed within 5-7 days, or according to the agreed delivery date at the time of order confirmation.

For International Orders:
We ship using registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post services. Once dispatched, delivery times may vary based on the destination country’s courier or postal service norms.

Processing and Handover:
Pneer guarantees handing over all orders to the courier or postal service within 0-7 days from the date of payment confirmation or as per the delivery date agreed upon during order confirmation. While we aim for timely delivery, please note that any delays caused by the courier/postal service are beyond our control.

Delivery Confirmation:
A delivery confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address provided during checkout.
