PAYMENT

ORDER & SHIPPING PROCESS

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 0-7 working days.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Domestic deliveries take 7-10 working days from dispatch.
  • International deliveries take 12-15 working days, subject to customs clearance.
  • PNEER is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier or postal services.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
    • Returns are accepted only for defective products and must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
    • Free-size and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Process for Returns:
    • Email wearpneer@gmail.com with the issue and photographic evidence.
    • The product must be unused, with tags intact, and in its original condition.
  • Exchanges:
    • Replacement is only applicable for products of equal or higher value.
    • Exchange is applicable if there is a size issue. 
  • PNEER reserves the right to reject returns/exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

RESTRICTIONS ON LIABILITY

WEAR & TEAR POLICY

  • Fabric: Handwoven or digitally printed fabrics may have slight variations. These are inherent characteristics and not defects.
  • Leather: As a natural material, leather may develop scratches or marks over time. These are not considered defects but add to the product's character.
  • Hardware: Metal hardware may lose its shine with regular use and weather exposure.
